Our vision is captured by these words from Martin Luther King, Jr.: “Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be, and you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be. This is the inter-related structure of reality.”
Our name, TRQ, refers to the top right quadrant of a Cartesian plane, and was inspired by Andy Crouch’s book, “Strong and Weak” where he argues that true flourishing is attained when one has reached the top right quadrant of a matrix measuring authority and vulnerability. We believe this framework applies to the personal, but also to the corporate, and that all organizations benefit when they have found balance in these areas. TRQ aligns business decisions and actions with four core values: Equity, Belonging, Beauty, and a belief in the possibility of mutual Prosperity.
